摘要
20世纪末,西方各国掀起"政府重塑"的行政改革运动,企业管理中卓有成效的管理方法绩效管理在政府管理中逐步运用起来。政府绩效管理涉及广泛,信息需求量大,实施困难,是复杂的系统工程。唯有借助现代化的科技信息技术,创新管理方法,政府绩效管理才能更好实施。本文通过分析我国当前政府绩效管理中存在的问题,阐述信息科技化对政府绩效管理提高的影响,并对以信息科技技术促进政府绩效管理能力的措施进行分析。
At the end of the 20th’s Century,the administrative reform movement named''The government reshape'was set up in western countries.Enterprise management’s effective management methods widely used up Enterprise management of performance management in government management.Government Performance management as complex engineering systems involves a wide range of information demand,are difficult to implemente.Only by means of modern IT technologies,government performance management could achieve better implementation.This paper analyzes the problems in our current government performance management,describes the impacts of science and technology information management to improve government performance,and analyzes the science and technology information promoting measures of government performance management capabilities.
