中性点经消弧线圈接地系统单相接地故障判定研究

摘要 我国在10KV-66KV电网中普遍采用中性点不接地或经消弧线圈接地方式。中性点经消弧线圈接地方式在降低了故障对电网设备损害程度的同时,也对电网的故障判定产生了一定影响。消弧线圈的接入使电网中性点更易受谐振过电压等现象影响而出现保护装置误动。为解决这一问题,对融合其他判据对中性点经消弧线圈接地系统单相接地故障的判定方法进行了研究。经试用表明,这种多判据共同确定故障的方法具有较高的故障判定准确率。 Nero point directly being grounded or being grounded tnrough arc suppression coil are commonly used in the grid among 10KV to 66KV level.More and More grids adopt arc suppression coil to lower damage from faults.At the same time,arc suppression coil brings difficulties to faults confirmation.With the insertion of arc suppression coil,wrong relay actions will more easily emerge.In order to solve this problem,a compound method which merging other confirmation method is introduced.Relatively high accuracy is observed through actual working in Power Supply Company.
