摘要
在宽厚板生产中,影响钢板终冷温度的因素多而复杂,如钢板的材质、厚度、速度,冷却水的水量、水压、水温及水流运动形态,终轧温度,高温计信号准确性以及热传导、对流辐射的条件,层流冷却装置的设备状况,控制模型的计算精度等等。我们针对影响较大的几种情况对MULPIC进行了系统优化,提高了产品质量。
In the production of the heavy plate,the factors that affect the plate final cooling temperature are many and complex,for example,the plate material,thickness,speed,cooling water content,pressure, temperature and the water flow patterns,pyrometer signal accuracy and heat conduction,convection radiation conditions,Mulpic equipment condition and the calculation accuracy of the control model,etc. We optimized the MULPIC system against several situations which have great impact and improved the product quantity.
