摘要
2011年,我市被教育部列为"现代学徒制"试点地区,这对于全面提升我市职业教育质量有着重大的意义和价值。为了积极探索现代学徒制的建立,促进职业教育的发展,特别是"现代学徒制"在电子商务人才培养中的运用。针对目前高职电子商务实践教学体系存在的问题进行了分析,结合我校电子商务人才培养状况,探索出"现代学徒制"现代学徒制是解决当前高职电子商务人才培养困境的途径,并提出了"现代学徒制"的电子商务专业人才培养措施。
In 2011,the city was listed as to modern apprenticeship “pilot areas by the” Ministry of education,which plays an important role in improving the occupation education quality This essay actively explores the establishment of a modern apprenticeship and promotes the development of occupation education, especially the application of“modern apprenticeship”in the electronic commerce in personnel training .The essay shows modern apprenticeship is the solution of the dilemma of e-commerce talent cultivation in higher vocational education,and puts forward the "measures for the training of professional talents in higher vocational electronic commerce modern apprenticeship,by analyzing the existing problems of e-commerce practice teaching system,and combining with the status of e-commerce talent training in our school.
