目前,一般的应变测试方法主要有应变片电测法、光弹性法、光纤光栅法及双目立体视觉测量方法等等。应变电测法因其量程大、精度高、灵敏度高、技术成熟等优点而被广泛应用于各种行业领域。本文主要介绍了应变测试的基本原理和管柱应变片的粘贴方案。通过本文的讲解为以后钻井管柱的应变测量打下了一定的基础。
