TRT系统故障诊断技术的探究

山东钢铁莱钢能源动力厂现有9座高炉,其每套高炉都有配套TRT发电系统。TRT发电系统是利用高炉煤气余热余压发电,为企业在实现节能,降污的同时创造了可观的经济效益。在TRT正常生产中,一旦出现故障就会影响高炉正常生产。鉴于TRT系统复杂且出现故障很难查询,需要逐一操作站点进行故障查询,在各站点进行控制处理。利用VB软件实现与SIEMENSstep(7德国西门子系列工业软件)PLC之间实现通讯连接,可迅速查询故障,进行故障控制处理。

Shandong iron and steel in Laiwu Steel energy power plant has 9 blast furnaces,the per blast furnace are supporting TRT power system.TRT power system is pressure power generation using blast furnace gas waste heat for the enterprise in the implementation of energy saving,pollution reduction,and create considerable economic benefits.In TRT of normal production,once the failure will affect the normal production of the blast furnace.In view of the TRT system is complex and the failure is difficult to query,one by one operation site for fault diagnosis,the control treatment at each site.Implementation of STEP7 and SIEMENS by using the VB softwar(eGerman Siemens Industrial Software)PLC connection between the realization of communication,rapid query fault,fault processing.
