就原工作单位江苏利士德化工有限公司15万吨苯乙烯装置DCS系统进行简要介绍,对苯乙烯装置上脱氢单元较复杂的T-301塔比值控制和V-305罐组成串级均匀控制系统做详细说明,并针对蒸汽过热炉F-301出口温度TC-3008,TC-3015分别与燃料气压力PICA-3003/3003B,PICA-3004/3004B组成的串级控制系统做控制方案说明,通过论述苯乙烯脱氢单元自控仪表系统的主要控制方案,探讨了复杂控制算法在乙苯脱氢阶段控制系统中的应用。
