Design of Power customer service monitoring system based on data integration

电力客户服务监控系统是电力行业客户服务中心的信息支持系统,是客户服务的监控指挥中枢。本文主要阐述电力客户服务监控系统内涵、功能及其设计理念。通过分析系统数据来源,提出由数据交换节点和数据交换服务共同构建的数据整合框架,以及数据分析和数据展示的总体设计思路。

The Power customer service monitoring system is the Information support system of Power customer service center and is the command source for the customer service.This paper mainly discussed the connotation of the system,function and design concept.Through the analysis of system data sources,data exchange and data integration framework proposed by nodes and data exchange service of joint construction, as well as the data analysis and data display design.
