摘要 传统带电作业中缺少施工定位、远程监管、现场指导等现代化的应用手段的实施,而利用无线网络技术、空间地理信息则可以有效地保证其施工作业的数据基础。从而通过信息化系统的分析,提供实时的作业指导,更加便于工作人员现场作业开展;同时结合GIS采集设备的特点,客观上反映户外作业地点的准确,作业时间和人员的调配,进一步加强电网带电作业的监管力度,保障带电作业的实时效率。 The lack of implementation of construction location, remote monitoring, on-site guidance and other modern applied approaches in traditional live working urge people to use wireless network technology and spatial information to effectively guarantee the data basis for its operation. Through the analysis of the information system, it can provide real-time operational guidance which is more convenient for personnel on site to work. Combined with the characteristics of GIS acquisition equipment, it also can objectively reflect the accuracy of outdoor-working location, the operating time and the deployment of personnel to further strengthen the supervision of the live working and guarantee the real-time efficiency of the live working.
