基于S7-300 PLC的泥沙输送实验台数据采集系统设计

Design of Data Acquisition System for Sand Hydraulic Transport Test Stand based on S7-300PLC

本文提出一种基于S7-300PLC的泥砂输送实验台的数据采集方案。该系统采用CPU模块和上位机组成中央控制站,分布式I/O模块组成现场工作站,设计PLC数据缓存程序,实现数据采集。上位机与PLC之间的数据传输采用OPC服务器,OPC客户端软件采用VC++编程开发。

A data gathering scheme for Sand Hydraulic Transport Test Stand based on S7-300 PLC was proposed in this paper.The CPU modules and host computer are employed to form the central control station.The I/O modules of S7-300 series are employed to form the workstation.A PLC data buffer program was designed to achieve data acquisition.The OPC server was used for data transfer between the host computer and the PLC. The OPC client software was programmed by VC++.
