摘要
起重机部件的疲劳断裂对安全生产具有严重的破坏,运用了Paris公式,研究提出了起重机的疲劳裂纹扩展试验,用于预测起重机部件的工作寿命。通过在疲劳试验机上进行疲劳裂纹扩展试验,采用AFGROW软件进行模拟疲劳裂纹的发展,对起重设备部件进行了疲劳仿真,对设备的工作寿命进行了预测,有效的预防生产事故的产生。
Fatigue fracture crane parts with serious damage to the safety in production,using the Paris formula,proposed the fatigue crack growth tests for crane,crane components working life prediction. Through the fatigue crack propagation tests on the fatigue test machine,the development of simulation of fatigue crack by using AFGROW software,the lifting equipment for the fatigue simulation,the service life of equipment to carry on the forecast,prevention of accidents effectively.
