随着信息科技的高速发展,人类对自然的干预能力越来越强,人类将自然视为异己对象,向自然界无尽地摄取资源,使得自然资源严重枯竭,环境日益严重,地球满目疮痍,已经严重威胁到了人类的生存发展。人类迫切需要一种新的文化范式,来指导人类的价值观,生态文化也就应运而生。而要使生态文化发挥重要的社会功能,作为文化主体的人的自我觉醒和自我创建尤为重要,即是达到自觉的水平。

With the information technological advancement,the human capability of intervening in nature is on the rise.Seeing the nature as an object alien to the human self,with humans endlessly extracting resources from nature,continuingly polluting the environment,and consequently doing tremendous harm to the natural ecological system.Already serious threat to human survival and development.In order to pursue harmony between human and nature,humans need a new cultural paradigm,and this is where ecological culture emerges.And to make the ecological culture play an important social function,as the main body of self awakening and self culture is particularly important to create,is the conscious level.
