摘要
对计算生物学中用于RNA结构预测的GT fold算法进行了改进。首先,介绍了RNA的结构;之后,列举了目前用于结构预测的主要算法,并着重介绍了GT fold算法;其后,为了提高GT fold原始算法的收敛速度,提出了并行化计算和内部环加速算法两种改进行算法;最后,针对实际应用中GT fold算法所出现的偏差进行了分析,对算法后续的发展进行了展望与思考。
The GT fold algorithm which is used for RNA structure prediction in computation biology is modified in this paper.Firstly,the RNA structure is introduced.Secondly,the popular algorithms are enumerated and the GT fold algorithm is emphasized also.Thirdly,in order to accelerate the constringency,two modified algorithms,including parallelization algorithm and inner circle acceleration algorithm,are developed.Finally,the alias of GT fold in the practical application is analyzed.And the development of the algorithm is prospected and cogitated.
