The development of information technology impact on the environment of legal system

信息技术作为一种崭新的形态已经与广大民众息息相关,20世纪90年代以来,计算机网络、通讯技术的日益发展和融合,尤其是因特网的普及和快速传播的特点,对法学的发展尤其是需要检测的环境法的发展产生着巨大的冲击和影响。本文首先分析了信息技术的发展过程和对环境法律制度构建的积极影响。接着运用国际比较方法和实证分析方法,分析了信息技术对法律制度的实施的影响。

Information technology as a new form has been closely linked with the masses,since the nineteen ninties, development and integration of computer network and communication technology,especially the popularization of the Internet and rapid propagation characteristics, development of law especially produced a great impact and influence the development of environmental law to detection.This paper firstly analyzes the development process of information technology and the positive influence on the construction of environmental legal system.Through international comparison method and empirical analysis method, analysis of the impact of the implementation of information technology in the legal system.
