摘要
快速准确测定重晶石中硫酸钡及其他主次成份的含量,对于地质找矿或选矿试验十分重要。本文采用熔融制样—X射线荧光光谱法测定重晶石中Ba、AL2O3、Fe2O3、CaO、MgO、SiO2、Na2O、K2O、Sr等主、次量组分,研究了矿物结构效应,解决了基体效应的影响,试验了制样的条件,确定仪器测量的最佳参数。各元素相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)≤8%,测定结果与化学法测定值相符。方法快速、准确,便于操作,具有良好的精密度和准确度,已大量应用于重晶石中钡、锶、铁、钙、镁、铝、硅、钾、钠等元素的同时测定。
The rapid and accurate determination of barium sulfate in barite and other primary and secondary components of content,is important to the geology and ore or mineral processing.In this paper,by melting sample-x-ray fluorescence spectrometry determination of barite Central Ba,AL2O3,Fe2O3,CaO,MgO,SiO2,Na2O,K2O,Sr and other primary and secondary components,examined the effect of mineral structure,addressing the impact of matrix effects,test sample preparation conditions,determine the optimum parameters of the instrument.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12) ≤ 8%,measuring results consistent with the chemical determination of value.Fast,accurate,easy to operate,with good precision and accuracy,has been applied to barite in barium,strontium,aluminum,Silicon,iron,calcium,magnesium,potassium,sodium and other elements of the determination.
