论食品安全的电子监管

The electronic monitoring of food safety

随着互联网络的高速发展以及网络的广泛应用,食品安全电子监管成为食品安全监管部门履行监管职责的有效途径之一。本文通过介绍食品安全电子监管的涵义,从法律体系、思想认识、电脑知识、设备配置等方面分析了我国现行的食品安全导致监管存在的问题,最终提出了完善我国食品安全电子监管的建议。

With the rapid development of the Internet and network wide application,the electronic monitoring of food safety is one effective way of food safety supervision department performing its regulatory duties. This article describes the meaning of electronic monitoring of food safety.Then,it analyzes our current food safety regulatory problems in the legal system,ideological understanding,computer knowledge,equipment configuration,etc.At last,this paper presents a comprehensive electronic monitoring of food safety recommendations.
