摘要 叶轮转子系统不仅是旋转机械的重要组成部件,而且也是核心部件。随着科学技术和现代工业的发展,叶轮转子系统常常发生转静子碰摩、转子转轴裂纹等多种不同形式的故障而影响其正常工作。本文在以往大部分文献只考虑非线性油膜力的基础上,综合考虑了作用在叶轮上的流体激振力的影响,并对这两种力作用下的碰摩与裂纹耦合故障转子系统进行了深入系统的研究,建立了含有耦合故障转子的动力学模型,具有重要的理论意义和实际参考价值。 The impeller-rotor system is not only an important but also a crucial component part of rotating machinery.With the progress of science and technology and development of modern industry,The various faults are often happened in the impeller-rotor system,such as rub-impact faults between the rotor and the stator,cracks in rotating shafts and so on,which influence on the normal operation of the machine.The dynamic model of the rub-impact and the crack rotor with both nonlinear oil-film force and a lateral fluid force is built,which has important theoretical significances and application values.
