房地产作为国民经济中的一个重要产业,它的发展会对我国的经济发展产生重要的影响。虽然我国的房地产事业已经取得了重要的成就,但是房地产价格指数还未能正确地反映房地产市场的运行情况。房地产业既是经济发展中的一个重要环节,又是解决民生事业的重要举措。因此,笔者在文中根据房地产的价格数据进行分析和比较并提出了相应的观点,通过对相关的样本数据进行对比以提高房地产价格统计数据的真实性和可靠性,希望对我国房地产事业的发展具有促进作用。

The real estate as an important industry in the national economy,its development will have an important impact on the economic development of our country.Although China’s real estate industry has made great achievements,but the real estate price index also failed to properly reflect the running situation of the real estate market.An important part of the real estate industry is the economic development,is an important measure to solve the livelihood of the people.Therefore,the author carries on the analysis and the comparison and puts forward some views on the price of real estate,through comparing the related sample data to improve the authenticity and reliability of the price of real estate statistics,hope can promote the development of China’s real estate industry.
