现阶段我国医院的内涵建设主要包括医疗机构的"社会影响力、综合竞争力、持续发展力"、医技人员的"服务理念、服务技能、服务态度"和医院管理者的"全面管理水平";我们简称为"三力三服一水平"。从"以患者为中心"的角度来看,可以说"三好一满意"是医院内涵建设的一个浓缩。
