摘要
就目前社会发展趋势来看,企业与企业之间的竞争已经从产品技术发展成为人才之间的竞争。在知识经济时代下,电力企业要想能够在激烈的市场竞争中获得生存的空间,那就一定要能够拥有一支素质过硬,能力较强人才队伍,所以,对于电力企业来说,一定要能够加强对于员工的培训工作,尤其是要能够利用现代化科学信息技术,打造一支现代化企业团队。目前,电力企业员工培训方面还存在着许多的问题,本文主要是在阐述电力企业员工培训重要性的基础之上,根据目前培训所存在的一些问题来提出一些相应的对策和建议,力求能够改善电力企业员工培训的现状,提高员工的素质,为企业的健康持续发展奠定良好的基础。
Perspective on the current social trends,competition between enterprises from the product technology has been developed into a competition between talents.In the knowledge economy era,the power companies want to be in the fierce market competition to get the living space,it must be able to have an excellent quality,ability talent,so for the power companies,must be able to strengthen the training for the employees,especially to be able to use modern scientific information technology,to create a modern enterprise team.At present,the power company staff training,there are still many problems,this article describes the main power company in the basis of the importance of staff training,according to the current training some of the problems that exist to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,and strive to improve electricity status of staff training,improve staff quality, healthy and sustainable development of enterprises laid a good foundation.
