摘要
零件设计中对其精度有着极为严格的要求,合理有效的选择公差原则是确定零件几何尺寸公差和形状位置公差的有效方法,因此必须对公差原则进行分析,掌握其使用原则和使用方法,这样才能将零件设计过程中产生的各类误差降到最低,保证其几何精度。本文通过对公差原则的分类、使用方法和使用原则进行分析说明,希望可以提高机械零件在设计中的使用性和经济性。
Parts design of precision has a very strict requirements,select the principle of tolerance of reasonable and effective is a valid method for determining the geometry dimension tolerance and geometric tolerance,therefore we must analyze the tolerance principle,master the principles and methods of use,like this can be all kinds of errors in the process of part design reduced to a minimum,to ensure its geometric accuracy.In this paper,through the classification of tolerance principle and the method of using principle analysis, hope to improve the use and economy in the design of mechanical parts.
