摘要
针对一台五轴龙门加工中心,基于多体系统建立其几何误差模型,并在偏最小二乘法的基础上,对加工中心的热误差进行分析,建立综合误差模型,并针对加工中心的特征,提出了误差补偿方法,通过对五轴龙门加工中心X轴的试验数据测量结果,拟合误差补偿曲线,证明了误差补偿方法的有效性,对于一般机床的误差补偿,可以有效提高其加工精度,具有一定的指导意义。
For a five-axis gantry machining centers,establish the geometric error model based on multi-body system,and based on partial least squares analysis of the thermal error of the machining center,the establishment of a comprehensive error model and machining center characteristics of the error compensation method fitting experimental data measuring the results of the five-axis gantry machining center X axis error compensation curve to prove the validity of the error compensation method for general machine error compensation can effectively improve its processing accuracy,has a certain significance.
