教学能力是影响教学效果的最关键、最直接的因素,高校教师的教学能力决定了我国高端人才的整体素质水平,要提高人才素质必先提高高校教师的教学能力,高校教师教学能力的发展是这个时代赋予高等教育的使命和任务。
Teaching ability is the key to influence the teaching effect,the most direct factor,University Teachers’teaching ability determines high-end talents in China’s overall quality level,in order to improve the talent quality must improve the teaching ability of teachers,the development of University Teachers’teaching ability is the mission and task in this era of higher education.
