以就业为导向的高职院校网络专业教学实践探讨

以就业为导向是高等职业教育发展的根本宗旨与办学方向,网络专业教育应把学生培养成满足生产、服务、管理等一线实际需要的技能型、应用型的复合人才。本文分析了实施基于"全程项目"工学结合人才培养模式,根据岗位任职要求,完善人才培养方案。引进企业项目和国际职业资格标准,重构课程体系,培养学生的就业能力、创业能力和自我发展能力。以全国职业院校技能竞赛为契机,以赛促教、以赛促学,开发专业核心课程,共建教学资源和校内外实训实习基地。

Taking employment as the orientation for running schools,which is also the guiding principle for advanced vocational education.The education of network professional should be employment-oriented,professional ability-centered,and cultivating students into skillful and practical all-round talents who can meet the needs of production,service and management,etc.This paper analyzes the professional training mode based on“project teaching”,according to the post office requirements,improved the training scheme.With the introduction of enterprise project and international professional qualification standards,It will reconstruct the course system for cultivating the students’ employment ability and self development capability.The national vocational students skills competition provides an opportunity to promote the teaching and study,which developing professional core courses,building teaching resources and training practice lab.
