老矿区开采生态评价技术及实例探究

摘要 生态评价是煤矿类环境影响评价的重点,老矿区往往由于建设时间长、遗留环保问题多、工程复杂等因素,生态评价更为困难。本文结合盘江山脚树煤矿整合工程实例,对生态评价中重点关注的移民搬迁安置、耕地破坏与恢复、生态环境变化等方面进行了详细论述,为今后其他老矿井改造开展生态评价提供了参考和依据。 Ecological assessment is the focus of mine class project’s environmental impact assessment.Often due to old mining building for a long time,and the remaining environmental issues and more complex factors such as engineering,ecological evaluation more difficult.Based on the case of Shan Jiao Shu mine,this paper integrated relocation and resettlement,land destruction and restore the ecological environment change and other aspects are discussed in detail,and provide a reference and basis for others project.
