基于实码加速遗传算法改进TOPSIS法在房地产预警体系中的应用

Application of Improved TOPSIS Method Based Real Coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm

采用实码加速遗传算法来解决传统TOPSIS算法在方案评选过程中存在方案距离理想解与负理想解同样近及指标权重选取主观两个问题,方便地获得了兼具决策方法适应性和决策者偏好的指标综合权重。应用实例证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

The traditional TOPSIS method exists in two problems in the program selection process.One is that the ideal solution and negative ideal solution are both close to the program and the other is how to choose the weights.This paper uses Real Coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm to avoid the above problems.And then,the combination weight of index both having the adaptability to the decision-making method and the decision-maker’s preference information is obtained conveniently.Through a specific example,it is proved that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
