近年来迅猛发展的电商企业具有高风险高预期收益的特点",融资难"贯穿于电商企业的生命周期。在分析电商企业融资特点与现状的基础上,研究电商企业融资渠道,并对我国电商企业融资方式提出相应的建议。
In recent years,electronic commercial enterprises have been developing rapidly,and have characteristics of both high risk and high earnings.“Financing difficulties”run through the life cycle of electronic commercial enterprises.Based on the analysis of the electronic commercial enterprises’financing characteristics and current situation,researching their financing channels,and putting forward proper advice on their ways of financing.
