在借鉴发达国家城市水务市场化经验的基础上,我国近年在城市水务经营市场化和融资多元化改革方面做了多种试点探索。在对现有城市水务市场化投融资主要模式进行分析的基础上,提出对现存问题的改进建议,希望能够对我国城市水务投融资改革提供借鉴。

In recent years,drawing on urban water market experience of developed countries,China has done a variety of exploration in the urban water market reform and financing diversification.It analysis the existing main modes of urban water market investment and financing,and proposes recommendations for improvement of the existing problems.
