信息时代下国外水污染治理经验对我国的启示

Experience of foreign water pollution governance implications for China in the information age

21世纪是一个信息化的时代,在信息化的背景下,人们更加关注社会发展和人类自身发展的未来。我国当前的水情并不是很乐观,在改善水环境和治理水污染方面仍然存在着许多不足的地方,这就需要我国在结合自身实际情况的同时,还要借鉴国外治理水污染的有益经验。本文在此基础上总结了几点关于我国水污染防治的经验,以期能为我国在治理水污染方面提供一定的参考意义。

The 21st century is an era of information technology,Under the background of informationization,people pay more attention to social development and human own development in the future. China’s current water regime is not optimistic,in the aspect of improving water environment and water pollution still exists many shortage of place,this requires the combination of its own actual situation in our country,and at the same time,we must also learn from the useful experience of foreign water pollution. In this paper,on the basis of summarizing some experience about prevention and control of water pollution in our country,hoping to provide certain reference meaning in the governance of water pollution in China.
