摘要
互联网信息技术的发展使得虚拟团队成为组织管理的有效方式。与传统的团队管理不同,虚拟团队更加需要良好的团队文化与组织支持。文章基于行为理论,探讨虚拟团队领导行为对虚拟团队建设的作用,以期提升团队绩效。
The development of information technology about internet makes virtual teams become a effective way of management in many organizations.Compared with traditional way of team management,virtual teams need team culture much better and organizational support much more.Based on the behavioral theory,this paper try to study the effect that leadership behavior of virtual teams has on the construction of virtual teams,and expect to promote team performance.
