科技时代下我国水利投入现状与国民经济影响探讨

Study on the current situation and national economic impact of water conservancy investment in China under the age of technology

改革开放以来我国科技发展迅速,对水利行业起到了积极的推动作用。本文从水利投入总量和资金来源两个方面分析了我国水利建设投资现状;采用水利投入与国民经济总量的比值和相关系数等定量指标对水利投入和国民经济发展之间的关系进行研究,得出结论:水利作为基础设施和国家的基础产业,对国民经济发展具有重要作用,因而,政府和社会应重视并加大对水利建设的投入力度,推动水利跨越式发展。

Since reform and opening in China,the rapid development of science and technology has played a positive role in the water conservancy industry.The paper analyzes the status of the water conservancy construction investment in China from two aspects:the water conservancy investment amount and sources of funds.Using the ratio of water conservancy investment to the total national economy and correlation coefficient,the paper studies the relationship between water resources and the development of national economy.In conclusion:water conservancy,as infrastructure and basic industries of the country,plays an important role in national economic development,therefore,the government and society should attach importance to and strengthen water conservancy construction investment.
