珠澳跨境工业区运营七年,取得一些成绩,但随着珠澳两地经济的突飞猛进,园区发展已显缓慢,正面临着全球纺织品配额取消,澳门失去优势;园区内通关不便;报关程序与监管模式复杂;原有政策优势已显滞后;面积制约难成规模等窘境,最初的政策和制度已跟不上发展需求。

The Zhuhai-Macao cross-border industrial zone seven years of operation,achieved some success,but with the economy the two-zhuhai-macao make a spurt of progress,development of the park has been slow,are facing the global textile quota cancelled,Macao lose the advantage;Park clearance inconvenience;customs clearance procedures and the supervision pattern complex;the original policy advantage has been lagging behind;area constraint difficult to scale and other problems,the original policy and system can no longer meet the development needs.
