摘要
通过高速切削加工,可有效提高加工效益,在加工过程中保证零件的表面粗糙度也是高速切削加工的要求;在高速切削加工时,本文就主轴转速、轴向进给量、进给速度、径向进给量等单因素对表面质量的影响作出浅析研究。
Through the high-speed machining,can effectively improve the processing efficiency,in the process to ensure the parts of the surface roughness is high speed machining requirements;in high speed machining,this paper made analysis on the single factor influence the spindle speed,axial feed,feed speed,the radial feed rate on surface quality.
