信息时代的高速发展对人才培养提出了新的要求,为了应对这一变化高等教育必须自我调整。培养全面发展的人才,日渐成为高等教育的新目标。本文从通识教育的相关概念和理论出发,阐述了通识教育的理论基础、教学内容以及培养目标,并对我国通识教育的发展提出建议,以期为培养适应信息时代的人才提供实质性的帮助。

The higher education must adjust itself because the high-speed development of information age puts forward new requirements to the talent training.To cultivate all-rounder has become the new target of higher education.This article starts from the related concepts and theories of the general education,expounds the basic theories,teaching contents and training objectives about the general education,and offers some suggestions so as to meet the requirements of information age.
