Introduction to the evaluation in higher education how to ensure the cultivation quality of students in Information Age

信息技术、网络科技飞速发展对教育评估体系产生了巨大的影响。网络技术手段在评估中得到广泛应用。本文通过反思高等教育评估的现状,认为高校自律不能单独存在,最有效的方法是适度结合外部机制,平衡好政府、社会和高校三者的关系,建立一套与教育信息化相适应的评估体系,从而确保学生的培养质量。

The rapid development of network technology and information technology have a huge impact on the assessment system of education.Through reflecting on the present situation of evaluation in higher education,the paper considers that self-discipline cannot come true in colleges and universities,the most effective method is the appropriate combination of external mechanism,balancing the government,the relations among social and universities well,explore a set of evaluation theoretical system which is adapt to education informatization mode,and then ensuring the cultivation quality of students.
