信息科技在学校体育中的应用

随着人类社会的不断发展,人类已经进入信息化时代,人们的工作、生活已经与信息科技紧密相连了。学校体育通过运用卫生保健、身体运动等方法影响学生,以达成使其身心健康得到良好发展的目的,是我国体育体系和教育体系的重要组成部分,是培养学生综合素质的重要途径之一,也是提高我国体育水平、推进社会主义现代化建设的题中之义。据报道,在学校体育中应用信息科技,可以提高学校体育教学的质量,使体育训练更具科学性,促进学校体育管理的科学化。本文尝试探究分析运动训练、体育教学与体育管理中信息技术的应用,以使信息科技能更有力地促进学校体育的建设。

Along with the continuous development of human society,mankind has entered the information age,people's work,life and information technology are closely linked.Effects of school sports through the use of health care,body movement and other methods,to achieve the health of body and mind to get good development,is an important component of China's sports system and education system,is one of the important ways to cultivate students' comprehensive quality,but also improve the construction of socialist modernization in China,promote the level of sports in the problem righteousness.According to reports,the application of information technology in school physical education,can improve the quality of school physical education teaching,make the training more scientific,promote scientific management of school physical education.This paper attempts to explore the application of information technology in sports training,physical education and sports management,so that the information technology can more effectively promote the construction of school physical education.
