降损工作是提高供电企业经营效益必不可少的重要环节之一,也是体现企业管理水平高低的分水岭。本文着重阐述台区线损异常的主要原因,切实可行地提出一些降损的手段和方法。近几年重点负责线损管理工作,取得了一定成效,在2012年12月之前,台区线损异常率在20-30%之间浮动,经过系列整改后,到2013年5月,异常率下降到8-10%之间,达到上级线损要求,从中也总结了自己在线损管理方面的一些经验和做法。
