摘要
随着经济全球化、信息全面化、组织扁平化的快速发展,授权赋能已成为组织立足、健康发展的重要管理原则。众多国内外学者已从人力资本理论、情境领导理论、知识转移成本理论对领导授权赋能的动因进行了探讨。本文基于信息全球化视角,探讨领导授权行为的必要性,以期为领导授权赋能行为提供理论指导。
With the development of economic globalization,information comprehensive,flat organization development,Empowerment has become an important principle of management,organization based on,the healthy development of the organization.Many domestic and foreign scholars from the human capital theory,situational leadership theory,knowledge transfer cost theory discussed the motivation of empowerment of leadership authorization.In this paper,based on the perspective of information globalization,discusses the necessity of leader empowering behavior,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the leader empowerment behavior.
