创新高职院校学生教育管理工作若干问题的探讨

Study on Some Problems of Innovating Higher Vocational Colleges Student Work

随着我国高职教育改革的不断深入,高职教育的思想、观念、内容和组织形式都发生着深刻的变化。作为高职院校工作重要组成部分的学生教育管理工作,也面临着严重的挑战。本文主要从更新学生工作观念、创新学生工作方法、工作机制等方面,对高职学生教育管理工作提出几点建议。

With China's deepening reform of vocational education,the ideas,concepts,contents and forms of organization of vocational education have undergone profound changes.The student management,as an important part of vocational colleges work,is also facing serious challenges.In this paper,mainly from updating the concept of student work,innovating methods and mechanism of students work,some suggestions about management of vocational education students are put forward.
