摘要
在信息时代新一轮基础教育课程改革的实施与推进对教师提出了新的要求和挑战。广大教师必须适应这种新变化,采取多种措施进一步转变教育观念和教师角色,提高专业素质、合作水平与反思能力,努力成为教育教学过程中的研究者和课程资源开发者。为此,我们必须尽快建构协调的教师专业化发展机制,通过加强校本研究培训和开展校本教研活动,快速提升教师专业化水平。
In the implementation of information era,a new round of curriculum reform of basic education and promote the teachers put forward new requirements and challenges.All the teachers must adapt to this new change,adopt a variety of measures to further change the concept of education and the role of teachers,improve the professional quality,the level of cooperation and the ability of reflection,and strive to become researchers in the process of teaching and curriculum developer.Therefore,we must as soon as possible mechanisms for the construction of teachers' professional development in coordination,through the strengthening of school-based research and training of school-based teaching and research activities,quickly improve teachers' professional level.
