基于虚拟仪器沼气环境监控系统实现

Methane Fermentation Environment monitoring system implementation based on the Virtual Instrumentation

以虚拟仪器为开发平台,结合单片机、传感器、信号处理等技术构建沼气监控系统,可以对影响产气环境参数温度、压力、液位、PH值进行监控,本文利用单片机和数模转换模块对传感器输出信号进行采集处理,LabVIEW软件前面板和程序框图编程,完成环境参数监控。通过程序调试证明本系统能够满足沼气环境监控要求。

On virtual instrument development platform,combined with the microcontroller,sensors,signal processing technology to build gas monitoring systems,gas production can affect environmental parameters temperature,pressure,level,PH value monitoring,Acquisition and processing sensor output signal by MCU and ADC in this paper,Front panel and block diagram software programming by LabVIEW,To complete environmental parameters monitoring.Through the program demonstrate that the system can meet the commissioning of biogas environmental monitoring requirements.
