摘要
为了更好的提高电站锅炉定期检验中的检测质量,在现场检验检测过程中针对主蒸汽管道对接焊缝,我们采用超声波衍射时差法(TOFD)检测。通过此技术对可以埋藏性缺陷以及新生裂纹类缺陷进行在役监测,对缺陷的长度高度监测,来确定该缺陷是否为活动性缺陷。总结用TOFD检测技术在电站锅炉主蒸汽管道定期检验中在役监测方法。
In order to detect periodic inspection to improve quality of boiler in power plant,on-site inspection process for main steam pipe butt weld,we adopt ultrasonic Time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) detection.Through the technique of can be buried defects and new crack defects in service monitoring, monitoring of the length and the height of defects,to determine the defect is active defects.Summary of TOFD detection technology used in main steam pipeline of power plant boiler periodic inspection of in-service monitoring method.
