摘要
本文在原有的"IPMT+EPC+工程监理"一体化项目管理模式的基础上,对其组织结构进行了理论优化,其创新点在于多方共管下的团队关系、管理层次和责权划分。经过组织结构优化,该模式下的合同约束力增强,责权更加明确,业主对项目的控制力更加合理,最终达到减资增效、多管共赢的管理目标。文章最后列出了该组织结构中存在的一些有待探讨和解决的问题,为进一步的研究提供了思路。
Basedon the original“IPMT + EPC + project supervision”integratedmodel of project management, we made the theoretical optimization on the organization structure which innovation point lies in the re-lationship between various team under the condominium, management hierarchy anddivision of the rights andresponsibilities. The advantages of the optimizedorganization structure is stronger contract binding,more clearly rights andresponsibilities of the participants, which can make it more reasonable for the owner to control the project, to get the target to reduce the spending andget win-win management goals.We list some questions about the organizat on structure to be discussedandprovidda train of thought for the further study.
