摘要
新的经济形势下,伴随着跨国公司的迅猛发展,如何对跨文化背景下的企业进行绩效的管理,成为了一个新的挑战。本文在运用霍夫斯泰德文化维度对绩效管理的影响进行分析,对照美国文化下的绩效管理,提供了在跨文化的背景下我国科技型企业绩效管理的对策,具有重大的借鉴意义。
The new economic situation, with the rapid development of the Multi-National Corporation, how to cross culture under the background of enterprise performance management, has become a new challenge.
