摘要
当前在我国国有高科技型企业绩效管理过程中仍存在诸多问题,导致绩效管理的效果不佳,究其原因是多方面的。为了探索有效的绩效管理途径,本文在正确认识国有高科技企业绩效管理重要性,深刻解析绩效管理存在的问题基础上,指出了完善国有高科技型企业的绩效管理体系的方法,对我国国有高科技型企业今后的发展具有重大的借鉴作用。
The process of performance management in state-owned high-tech enterprises still exist many problems in the performance management, leading to poor results, the reasons are manifold. In order to ex-plore the effective way of performance management, based on the correct understanding of the importance of performance management of state-owned high-tech enterprises, existing problems of performance management of deep analysis on the method, pointed out the state-owned high-tech enterprise performance management sys-tem, has great reference function to our country state-owned high-tech enterprise development.
