随着体制改革的落实和推进,银行企业正面临着前所未有的竞争环境。由此引发的运营和管理上的变化,在目标、内容、思路等几个层面对银行信息化建设均提出了更高的要求。办公自动化系统(OA)系统作为企业提高业务决策水平和管理效率的重要手段之一,在这一形势下更值得关注研究。本文对面向银行应用环境的OA的开发问题进行研究,对银行OA系统功能模块的详细设计和实现过程进行描述。基于三层设计理念,将整个系统划分为页面表示层、数据逻辑业务层和数据访问层等几个层次,并以数据库模块、用户操作模块、邮件管理模块和公文管理模块等为例,对系统功能模块的设计和实现进行详细的介绍。

With the system reform and the implementation of the advance,the bank enterprise is confronted with hitherto unknown competition environment.Change the on operation and management,in several target, content,ideas and other aspects of Informatization Construction Bank have put forward higher requirements. The office automation system (OA) system as the enterprise one of the important means to improve business decision level and management efficiency,in this situation deserves more attention in research.This paper the development bank application environment OA.The detailed design of the bank OA system function module and the implementation process is described.The three layer design idea based on the presentation layer, business logic,data of several layer and data access layer of the whole system is divided into pages,and database module,user module,message management module and document management module as example,the design and Realization of system functional module were introduced in detail.
