试析我国证券行业信息化建设存在的问题及对策

The Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures on China's Securities Industry Information Technology

证券行业发展对信息的高度依赖性,决定了证券行业信息化发展的必要性,保证我国证券交易向高效、便捷、规模化的方向发展。本文通过对证券公司信息化发展过程中面临的一些问题进行深入探讨,并对国内证券公司存在的一些问题以及个别案例进行了剖析,提出了相应的解决方案。

The development of the securities industry,highly dependent on the information,determines the necessity of the securities industry’s need for the development of information technology,which ensures the direction of securities transactions to the efficient, convenient, large-scale tend. Based on the dis-cussion of the issues the securities companies face in the process, we analyze the problems existing in the domestic securities companies’information technology as well as individual cases and then put forward the corresponding solutions.
