摘要
在抽油机示功图的基础上,通过坐标变换方法,把位移坐标变成时间坐标,这样示功图变成了载荷-时间坐标图的形式,通过分析载荷随时间变化情况以及比较实际载荷和理论载荷,从而分析判断抽油机的工作状况;并且对抽油机的卡具和抽空两种典型故障诊断模型作了分析,给出适用于嵌入式应用的抽油机故障诊断方法,为嵌入式微机抽油机故障智能诊断系统的软件设计提供了依据。
Abstract Based on the indicator diagram of pump unit, the present paper makes a study of how the load of a pump unit will change with time passage by changing the displacement into time in the diagram and a comparison of actual load and theory load to determine the working condition of the pump.Afterwards, diagnosis modes of such typical fault as clamping, pumping out and falling during operation are analyzed, and a diagnosis method combined with embedded implication is proposed,aimed at developing a base for software design in computer-based embedded intelligent diagnosis system.
