摘要
随着经济全球化速度的日益加快,电子企业在国际市场的竞争更加激烈,创立国际知名品牌能更好的吸引广大消费者,在国际市场占得一席之地。然而,我国电子企业在创立国际知名品牌时却遭遇了关键技术缺失、高新技术人才匮乏、原材料、劳动力成本不断上涨以及欧美日等发达国家的技术贸易壁垒等方面的挑战。为此,我国必须积极应对,在以下四个方面采取措施:与发达国家企业结成战略联盟、吸引和留住国际优秀科技人才、增加科技研发投入的力度等。
With the high speed of the economic globalization,creating international brand can attract more consumers in foreign countries.Electronics companies,however,create international well-known brand has suffered the challenges:the lack of key technologies,high-tech talents,raw materials,rising labor costs and technical trade barriers of developed countries such as Europe,the United States.Therefore,enterprises must respond actively and take measures in the following five aspects: Form strategic alliances with the developed countries′ s enterprises,attract and retain the talents of science and technology,increase science and technology r&d efforts.
