Information technology especially the development of information network technology,provides modern means for the construction of university campus culture,expand the construction of campus culture space.By analyzing the current situation of contemporary university students’values,the core values educa-tion is discussed,puts forward the new idea rooted in youth culture dissemination of socialist core values of education,provides a new way for colleges and universities in the new period of socialist core values.
